The Family Law Section is the principal statewide organization of family law attorneys, and is one of the most active sections in the WSBA. The section is devoted to improving the profession and practice of family law, to the benefit of its members and other family law professionals, the judiciary, and the general public.

The Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section is a leading national forum for lawyers, and currently o members. The Real Property Division focuses on legal aspects of property use, ownership, development, transfer, regulation, financing, taxation and disposal.

The Trust and Estate Division focuses on all aspects of trusts, estate planning, employee benefits, insurance. for this year’s Family Law Section CLE at the Midyear Meeting. The Section was honored to have present the Hon.

JP Boulee of the Superior Court of DeKalb County, the Hon. Kimberly A. Childs of the Superior Court of Cobb County, the Hon.

Ural Glanville of the Superior Court of Fulton County, and the Hon. David Lyles of the Superior Court. Mark Weiss—Mediator, Collaborative Divorce Lawyer, Instructor Before retooling himself to become a mediator and Collaborative divorce lawyer, Mark was a successful conventional lawyer-litigator.
